Delta CEO, Richard Anderson put on a headset and joined Reservation Sales Call Center employees in Cincinnati on Wednesday taking calls from some of Delta's high-value customers as part of a reward to the division for hitting $2 billion in sales last year.
Building a better airline also means building a better airport experience. See some of the progress as we reach the half-way point in our $1.2 billion renovation to Terminal 4 at New York's JFK airport, adding nine new international gates to Delta's line-up.
